I&#8217;ve spoken to my mum, and she mentioned she will let me grow to be one (i am a 14 year old girl) if i can find out what foods i need to have to consume as an substitute to stay wholesome.<br />
So does anyone know what foods i will want to consume? I know i&#8217;ll have to make up for the protein i wont have in meat, but i do not know what foods are high in protien. Please aid.<br />

<p>Ingredients:<br />
- Pizza bases (preferably thicker ones)<br />
- Bocconchini cheese<br />
- Mozzarella Cheese<br />
- Tomato &#038; Garlic Pasta sauce<br />
- Fresh Basil<br />
- an onion</p>
<p>Use the pasta sauce as the pizza sauce &#8211; it offers it a significantly greater taste than the usual tomato paste things! Free of charge some and take them for lunch ect&#8230;</p>
