Egg beaters are produced from eggs, and as a result not vegan.
HOW ELSE CAN A VEGAN GET IRON AND PROTEIN AND OTHER NUTRIENTS OTHER THAN TOFU?

How else can a vegan get iron and protein and other nutrients other than tofu?
I recently became a vegan (after 21 years of eating meat on a daily basis).
I have tried tofu in each way I can, and I just can’t stomach it. It literally makes me sick.
