Today’s lunch was this simple and delicious plate of goodness.
A black bean and chipotle Gardenburger topped with vegan cheese, some balsamic tomatoes and sauteed broccoli on the side.  Love these burgers! They are full of spicy chipotle flavor.  The tomatoes helped cool my mouth down a bit.
